These terms apply to purchases made directly through the Loxion Kulca online store. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Returns and Exchanges Policy before placing an order.

Who you are buying from

The online store is operated by 1999/021137/23, trading as Loxion Kulca (LK). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that business.

These terms cover this store only. A purchase from another retailer is handled by that retailer under its policies and applicable law.

Placing an order

Choose the product, colour and size, check the size guide, and review your delivery details before paying. You must be legally able to enter into the purchase or have the assistance of a parent or guardian where required.

You will have an opportunity to review and correct your order before submitting it. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. We accept the order when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation after checking payment and stock.

If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will notify you and refund the affected amount. We will not substitute another product, size or colour without your agreement. Keep your confirmation and order number for any queries.

Products and prices

Prices are shown in South African rand. The product price and any applicable tax, delivery charge or other charge must be clear before you pay. The checkout total is the amount you authorise.

We aim to show products accurately. Screens can display colours differently, but this does not remove your rights if a product is materially different from its description. Follow the product care instructions.

An item in your basket is not reserved. If we identify a stock, description or pricing error, we will explain it and agree a lawful resolution with you. We will not take extra payment without your permission.

Paying with Ozow

Payments are processed through Ozow using the options available at checkout. Follow the payment instructions on the payment screen and return to the store when the process is complete.

Do not send us your banking password, PIN or one-time password. If a payment fails, remains pending or leaves your account without an order confirmation, contact us with your order number or checkout email, payment reference, amount and payment date. Avoid paying again until the first payment has been checked.

A bank debit alone does not confirm dispatch. We reconcile the payment before sending the order. Approved refunds are arranged by LK through the supported payment route; see our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Delivery and Bob Go

Available destinations, delivery options, charges and estimated times are displayed at checkout. Bob Go is our shipping platform; the selected courier transports the parcel. LK remains your contact for the order and delivery query.

Provide a complete street address, suburb, town, postal code and working contact number. Contact us immediately if an address needs correcting. Changes after dispatch may not be possible, and any lawful additional cost must be explained before you agree to it.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. We will help investigate delays, missing parcels and failed deliveries. A tracking number can exist before a courier collects a parcel.

If you cannot receive the parcel, arrange for someone you authorise to accept it. Tell us promptly about damage or missing items. Signing for delivery does not remove your statutory rights. We do not transfer all delivery risk to you merely because a courier is involved.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact customer support as soon as you want to change or cancel an order. If it has not been dispatched, we will check whether we can stop or amend it. If it is already in transit, we will explain the return process.

Applicable cancellation and refund rights remain available even if payment has been completed. For unavailable goods and qualifying cooling-off cancellations, the relevant legal refund deadlines apply.

Returns and promotions

Our Returns and Exchanges Policy explains how to request a return and who pays for collection. It distinguishes a change of mind from a defective, incorrect or damaged item.

Any discount or promotional code is subject to the eligibility, expiry date and product restrictions displayed with that offer. Do not assume that separate offers can be combined. Refunds reflect the price actually paid. A promotion does not remove rights concerning faulty goods.

Using the website

If you create an account, keep your password secure and tell us about suspected unauthorised use. Do not misuse the website, impersonate another person, interfere with its operation or submit fraudulent orders.

LK branding, photographs and other website content belong to their respective rights holders. Buying an item does not give permission to reproduce that content or use LK trademarks commercially.

Privacy and your rights

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle order details, support enquiries and information shared with Ozow, Bob Go and couriers. Shopping does not automatically sign you up for promotional messages.

South African law governs these terms. Nothing in them limits a right or remedy that the Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or other applicable law protects. We do not exclude liability where the law prohibits that exclusion.

Complaints and changes

Contact info@loxionkulca.com with your order number and the outcome you are requesting. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may use an applicable ombud, the National Consumer Commission or another lawful dispute process.

We may update these terms for future purchases. Changes will not retrospectively reduce rights relating to an existing order. The effective date appears at the top of this page.
