This policy explains how the LK online store uses personal information when you browse, place an order, contact us or subscribe to updates. It also explains your choices and how to exercise your privacy rights.

Information we collect

When you order, we collect the details needed to process and deliver the purchase, such as your name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing details, items ordered and payment status or transaction reference.

If you create an account, we process account details. When you contact us, we keep the enquiry and the information you provide, including return details and relevant photographs. When you subscribe to marketing, we record your preference and consent where required.

The website may collect technical information such as an IP address, device or browser details and interaction data through the technologies identified in the cookie section. We do not ask for unrelated personal information simply to fulfil an ordinary clothing order.

Where information comes from

Most information comes from you. We also receive relevant payment status from our payment provider and delivery information from our shipping providers. If someone buys a gift for you, we may receive your contact and delivery details from that purchaser.

Why we use it

We use order information to enter into and perform the purchase, process payments, deliver products, arrange returns and communicate about the order. We also use necessary records to meet legal duties, handle complaints and protect the store against fraud or misuse.

For other processing, we rely on an applicable lawful basis, including a legitimate interest where justified, or your consent where required. We use information only for a stated purpose or a compatible lawful purpose.

Order and delivery details are necessary to fulfil a purchase. You can decline optional marketing information without losing the ability to shop. If required order information is missing, we may not be able to complete the order.

Ozow payments

Ozow processes the payment methods offered at checkout. LK receives the transaction details needed to match payments to orders and manage refunds. Information processed directly in the Ozow or bank payment flow is also subject to the relevant provider’s privacy notice.

Bob Go and delivery partners

We share the information needed for delivery or collection, such as your name, contact details, address, order reference and parcel details, with Bob Go and the selected courier. This enables shipment bookings, tracking, delivery enquiries and return collections. They must handle personal information in accordance with their applicable obligations.

Other recipients

Where needed, we share relevant information with service providers supporting the store, hosting, customer communications, accounting or security, and with professional advisers or authorities where lawfully required. We require appropriate confidentiality and security arrangements for providers processing information on our behalf. We do not make your delivery details publicly available.

Marketing and the signup offer

You can choose to receive LK promotional updates. Creating an account or placing an order does not by itself enroll you in marketing. If we rely on the existing-customer exception for our own similar products, we provide the required opportunity to object.

You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact info@loxionkulca.com. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect processing needed to complete a purchase or meet legal obligations.

If you sign up for a discount offer, its displayed terms explain eligibility. The signup form must separately explain any marketing subscription. Receiving order, delivery or refund messages does not depend on agreeing to promotional messages.

Security retention and transfers

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No system is risk free. If a security compromise requires notification, we will notify the Information Regulator and affected people as required by law.

We retain information only for as long as needed for its lawful purpose, including accounting, tax, dispute or legal requirements. We then delete, de-identify or securely restrict it as appropriate. Unsubscribe records may be retained to respect your preference.

Your privacy rights

You may ask whether we hold information about you, request access or correction, request deletion where permitted, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent for processing based on consent. We may verify your identity and explain any lawful reason why we cannot meet part of a request. An account deletion request does not automatically erase records we must retain.

Children and policy changes

The store is not intended to collect children’s information for marketing. If an order involves a child’s information, any processing must meet the applicable legal requirements. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been collected improperly. We may update this policy as the store changes and will show the current effective date.
